Unable to track changes made as activity log does not work

I suggest you contact our support team, to walk you through the changelog, and timeline features.
The timeline features does not show which member of staff made changes & when.
This is the feature I am looking for and have been advised previously by the support team that the Activity Log is “currently under development” and “as for now, there is no way to check a certain activity within the client card”.
Thank you for the clarification - I will inform our team about it, too.
For the time being, the Changelog button found in the appointments tab and EMR tab (and subtabs) of the client card will be useful to you, as it will show the information you need.
