It would be great if we could set user permissions so that some admin staff on a contact profile are not able to do all the ‘create’ functions, such as ‘start a pathway’, ‘add a treatment note’, ‘send email’, ‘create recall’. For instance, I have currently tried to implement this by removing a user from being able to see the communications tab and the treatment notes, but they can still theoretically add things to these tabs where they are not qualified to do so.
