our patients have many appointments on the same day with different practitioner’s. It would be useful if the reminders could be set up automatically to go out only for their initial appointment instead of having to untick the reminders on each appointment after the first one. Thanks!
Hi Pabau, please respond! We have multiple appointments per patient on the day of their booking and they are one after the other - We only need the FIRST appointment reminder to go out via SMS to the patient so that they know when they need to come into the clinic. Due to this we are having to go manually to check every day to ensure that we have manually unticked the reminder so it does not confuse the patient. It is a very time consuming task. Would the development team be able to look at this at all? Thank you
