I am looking to integrate a room booking system onto Pabau 2 but require an ‘administrator’ user in addition to my own practitioner account. Don’t want to pay an additional fee given that it’s not going to be an actual additional user if that makes sense.
Does anyone else want to share how they manage room bookings (automatically) within Pabau 2?

Aside from the way that you mentioned, what you can also do is associate a shift with a room, and create smaller shifts, depending on when each staff member can use the room (e.g. staff member A can use it from 9 to 11am, staff member B from 11 to 12am, etc).
In addition, in future, we will also work on adjusting the online booking logic to consider room availability per service.
