I currently use a different forms app that uses Zapier for integration but it also uses alot of other ways of integrating (full list attached). I would like a feature that allows me to insert a patient identifier and then on submitting the form through the other app, the correct patient file is located and documents/photographs uploaded to their file.
Currently I submit the form, it then sends the information to a google drive, I then have to drag and drop into the correct Pabau patient file. It would be great if this could be automated and submit straight to Pabau and the correct patient as it would save a lot of time.

Regarding patient identifier, you have an option to create a custom field called Patient identifier in Pabau, and then set Zapier to send input into that custom field.
