Hi, I’ve only just learnt that when you send recalls, you need to then manually activate them by ticking a box under the recall section. We find this to be an unnecessary extra step.
Can we remove the second step so that when recalls are set, they are automatically activated please?

Thank you for your feedback. Revisiting the recalls is part of our roadmap.
In the current system, we do support automatic recalls. It’s possible that you have set manual recalls. I suggest you edit a recall, and explore the options offered there one of them being making a recall automatic.
