Block patients to prevent them getting new appointments

I would like an option to block patients. We had it on our old dental CRM. Click a button and they blacked out and its not possible to make an new appointment unless the block is overridden.

On Pabau as is the only option is to make them inactive. I have had members of staff just set up a new patient file when they can’t find the other one which the exact opposite of what we need to happen.

Thanks for the suggestion, this has been requested a few times in the past. I am going to speak to the team today and we will begin working on this right away as it shouldn’t be hard to build at all.
