Would it be possible to make the booking calendar default to the next available date when an appointment is available?

Sure.
If no available the calendar should default to the next available date.
Currently if I go to the calendar it defaults to today. See screen pic.

When you click on calendar it goes to next available date.

Thank you for the suggestion - we have been meaning to do this for a while, but had never got around to adding it to the road map.
I have just discussed with the team based on your suggestion, and we have now added this to the roadmap to be built into Pabau 2’s online booking.
