Currently there is an option for patients to register for a connect account or not. A lot of patients do not like to have an account however if they do not have an account they can not cancel their own appointment and have to call/email the clinic to do this which takes up a lot of time. Pabau is the first calender system I have seen that does not allow a client to cancel an appointment themselves if they do not have an appointment (most are done via a link to cancel). This is a MUST feature for the new system

There should also be a reschedule option. This should also apply for patients that do not have a pabau connect app. Look at similar booking systems such as Semble or even youcanbookme that does not need patients to create an account to reschedule / cancel
