Client Notification Preferences

Some client’s never want to be contacted by text, only email or vice versa. It would be good if the system could remember these preferences for each appointment booked

I have contacted the support team about this previously and was advised - “There is no option for reminders to be disabled per patient, as the hardcoded version is to enable Reminders for everyone, and then you are selecting what type of reminder should be activated for that patient’s appointment.” and “We don’t have a workaround for this to be automated, as there are no links to this, and I have put a request for this to be investigated if it is possible, and be implemented with future updates.”
