Communications and storing replies from clients on the client card or dashboard for anyone to pick up from for quicker responses and resolution


Would it be possible to incorporate responses from clients to emails/sms sent by us, so they are stored in Pabau rather than us needing to copy and paste all communications for compliance with our professional body. Its very time consuming and would be great if another member of the team could pick up on the response (email) from the client and action when a practitioner is off on leave. This would be great for leads too when we have multiple people working on leads, they will all see any responses received from a client.
