CO040 - Consultation Conversion - this only recognises a conversion if it happens on the day however in reality clients need to wait for the outcome of patch tests, discuss treatments costs with their partner etc however they still proceed and that should still be recorded as a conversion. Adding the functionality to the report would be relevant to business operations and make it more meaningful, thanks
