We have just learned that the function where an email is sent to clinic’s admin / reception email address when an online booking is made with any practitioner is not available in Pabau2 Connect.
I am told that an email can only be sent to the email address of the practitioner with whom the treatment is booked. This is of no help to our admin team, who check online bookings to ensure the correct service has been booked, and that duplicate profiles have not been created.
Please would you add this function back into Pabau2 Connect?
