New document types for internal use. Currently if you create a diagnosis form it has to be created as a treatment and sits with all the treatment forms. The same goes if you want to create a treatment plan. They need to be separated in the EMR under different state heading and with the ability to put an expiry time on them so that a review can be forced after a specific period.
Would be good to be able to also link treatments in the treatment plan to alert staff is the treatment they are booking is not in the plan so they either update the plan or refer a request for permission.
