To have editable tables (instead of uploading the table as Diagram) in Medical Forms which will allow clinics to add numbers in the fields. Example: if the clinician needs to write several numbers for one body part i.e. Left Arm for First, Second, Third try from the same treatment, and later it would be easier to compare it, instead of creating it as a Text Fields.
