can we merge the answers from a questionnaire onto a letter?

Hi @mjiwani , thanks for reaching out.
You can add answers from a form into letters.
When you are in the process of creating one for a client look for Client record

as shown in the screenshot. This will give you an option for medical history and all other forms.
