Hi there, I would think that a number of your clinics are CQC registered. It is expected that the clinic has a log of incidents. Would there be a process to log incidents in a patient’s file. I am currently using a complications form so could I at least search for this form and see what patients’ files it is sat in. There must be a way I can either record this information and then search for it?

If you want a piece of information to be found in a report, it’s best if you were to enter the incidents in a medical form and then run a report to see all the instances when the medical form was filled in, among which the patient the form was filled in for.
