Individual after care forms

After care forms -
To enable individual aftercare in the new system You will have to individually list each treatment in services to send after care specifically for that treatment for example
We have a service group - Chemical Peel which then categorises each brand
Certain brands needs specific after care but you can only send one generic aftercare form
If you have to send a 3 page aftercare listing each brand and process patients will not read this putting patients at risk

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ASPECTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT WORKED REALLY WELL HAVE NOT BEEN CARRIED OVER

There are different ways to ensure service-specific aftercare is sent to the client:

Pabau 2
Automation feature (coming soon)

This feature can be configured to be send emails to a laser-targeted groups of audience at a particular time. This feature will enable to you sent as many aftercares as needed - for example, you can send an email aftercare to all the clients who have an appointment from a specific service, or service category, service group, but also client-specific aftercares (e.g. aftercare for patients of different ages), et cetera:

Pabau Classic
Through the Recalls feature. It works in either of these two conditions:

  • The item is sold via POS at the time the appointment was booked;
  • An appointment is marked as completed.
