We are new to Pabau. We have been told the following about the patient invoices
Each patient must have their own invoice and invoices cannot be assigned to the head of the family group or a corporation
So…
- if a father books in for a family of 4. Only one invoice cannot be issued to the head of the group but 4 invoices need to be issued even if one of them is a baby.
- We cannot assign products purchased by several employees to a single invoice that can then be sent to the company.
I find this surprising as other Pabau customers must have families/groups/corporate employees as clients. You must surely have encountered this issue and if so how have you worked around the problem?
