Lead Conversion Issue

When a lead has been created but the patient books on our website and we want to convert the lead, whilst sucessfull, any information that wasn’t on the lead entry but was on client card gets deleted. Unlike when merging two contacts you can select which information to transfer, this removes data which you then have to request again from the patient.

Ideally, the system would automatically convert a lead if using the same name, email or other person information.

Yes I would really like this in the future too!
