Please can some marketing automation be implemented. In particular…automatically
- Send a series of emails and/or SMS related to a treatment enquiry.
- Enable automated voicemails (system calls once, immediate hangs up, calls immediately again and will then automatically be put through to their voicemail), then leave a pre-recorded message.
- Stop any automation if the user has responded, or has a new appointment booked.
