Pabau new update
New bookers cannot use an existing email otherwise Pabau will automatically merge the accounts even if a different name and other details were used
When accounts merge, important information is lost as it gets replaced with the new bookers details and deposit paid cannot be transferred. Even all future bookings are changed to the new bookers name and details
To prevent this each booker will need to use their own email but we have elders that do not have their own email and most of their booking is made by another person more commonly by our previous patient who would be a family member that ends up booking them in using their own email
Previously when this would happen Pabau creates two different accounts under each name which was a lot easier for us to manage
We are not very happy with this new update unfortunately
