When navigating the widget from a website on a mobile device… the widget is often too large. Patients have been saying they are unable to submit their appointment, pay, etc… ie cannot get to the bottom of the page. We realized the patient has to scroll on the webpage itself and then scroll within the Pabau widget. Very difficult for our mature patient base
