For businesses located in the UK, we have to submit patient feedback for PHIN. It would be helpful to have multiple feedback forms to be able to send to different patients.
Is this already possible?

It is possible via the Automation feature of Pabau 2, which allows for precise targeting of the clients based on parametres you define - age, gender, or a custom field input, to name a few. The forms that they need to fill in can be from Pabau (in the form of a treatment note), or from a feedback survey tool that you would like to use (e.g. Google Form).
