My team members, who are OWNERS of individual client records are not able to ACCESS those records.

My team members, who are OWNERS of individual client records are not able to ACCESS those records. My secondary ADMIN cannot access those records!

It is on recently new clients. I’ve talked to 3 different support agents, all three told me DIFFERENT settings to change and IT IS NOT THE SETTINGS I HAVE!!!

Everything WAS WORKING just fine until July18, 2024.

I SET THE SYSTEM UP, JUST LIKE THE PABAU 2 HELP ARTICLES AND ACADEMY SAID TO DO IT.

WE ARE STOPPED, CANNOT ACCESS OUR CLIENT RECORDS AND GETTING SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY HELP ME IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.

I’VE HAD IT! THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
