I would like to ask if it would be possible to have a Doctors Diary open for “only admin to book” one per month which does not show online. this would be for VIP patients or model days.
Each shift could have the option of been online or not with a click of a button, would anyone else use this option?

Hope you’re well.
I can suggest two options here:
- You disable the doctor’s diary from being bookable online; or
- You have a location that’s not available online and have the doctor’s shift in that location.
If the doctor should still be available for other online bookings, go for option 2.
