We require more information on a first appointment for certain services (but information that is not required on the medical history form or required for all services). Would be nice if there was an option to either add an extra consent form for first appointments only or automatically change to a different consent form once first appointment has been completed

If the first appointment is always a specific service(s), you can link the required form as the related appointment type and that form will always come up when going through the journey.
If different services are used, you can manually pick forms from the ‘+’ section on the app, or, from contacts > add treatment note or consent accordingly.
