Improvements to existing features
- The loading of the gift vouchers was improved in the POS
- To improve the UX of the staff members interacting with the POS regarding the gift voucher section in the POS, we’ve investigated and implemented even faster loading of this section.
- iCal integration links are now visible under Avatar >Account settings
- Just like in Pabau classic, we’ve introduced the iCal integration links to the employee profile (Avatar > Account settings) so employees can easily integrate their calendars. The links for both the staff’s personal calendar and the whole company’s calendar are available there, meaning the employee will sync their own or everyone’s calendars with his Google/Apple/Outlook calendar.
- Review stars are now visible when booking a service
- To improve the customer journey and increase social proof and the likelihood of the client booking the service, we’ve implemented the review stars generated for each service to appear for each service individually below the “read more” button. When clicked on, a popup appears with the reviews regarding the service.
- French and Spanish translations improvement on Connect
- The translations for both languages have been updated & added where missing throughout the entire customer journey on the online bookings for businesses that have selected French or Spanish in the business details section (which then transfers over the default language preference in the online booking portal).
- We have implemented the ability to look up addresses via postcode
