Improvements to existing features
- Staff members can now bulk update access to clients
- Businesses can decide who can view and update client cards, in bulk, for all the existing clients.
- We have introduced a new filter in the reports
- Staff members will now be able to use the filtering option ‘is none of,’ which will allow them to filter out items that are outside of the ones they have selected in the filter.
- We have introduced the option to link a client referral while creating a new client
- Now, when staff members are creating new clients will be able to link an already existing client referral directly from the “create client” modal.
- We have implemented the option to add a primary location to clients
- When staff members create new clients, they will be able to assign a primary location to them.
- Preview attachments before sending the email
- Before sending the email, staff members will be able to preview the attachments.
- We have improved the design for the Money pages on Tablets
- The design for tablets for all of the pages under Money has been improved to assure consistency and a user-friendly interface.
- We have improved the design of the Client card on Tablets
- The design for tablets for the Client card has been improved to ensure consistency and a user-friendly interface.
Feature development updates
Additionally, this week we’ve worked on the following new features (which are currently still under development):

Improvements being worked on
- Setup > Templates - introduction of the source code option
- Just like in Pabau Classic, staff members will be able to build custom communication templates and place their source code in Pabau.
- Automations feature - Audience - Product Name filter to show products
- The product name filter will work the same as the Service name filter, showing a list of products organized by the categories they belong to.
- Medical forms macros improvement that will allow users to enter a new line when typing
- When creating a new macro, the users weren’t able to enter a new line and this task will improve on that and make it possible.
- Show email templates in addition to aftercare (education) in the client pathway after section
- So far, we only showed the “Education” under aftercares, and with this task, we will also introduce any email aftercares created in the “Templates.”
- Adding a search bar to the Clients > Labs page
- The “Labs” page is now going to be searchable, with a search bar introduced within this page, on the top right-hand side.
- Implement the Edit appointment pop-up in the monthly view
- Up until now, editing appointments was not possible in month view, and with this task, we will make it possible to edit appointments just like in the day or week view
