Improvements to existing features
- We implemented the ability to Email Lab results as an attachment
- As a widely requested functionality, we’ve implemented the option to email lab results to clients. Once the 3 dots button is clicked on the lab results, in the client card under Chart/EMR > Labs, we’ve implemented the ‘Send as email’ button below the ‘Share’ and above the ‘Cancel’ button.
Once ‘Send as email’ is clicked, the Send email modal will open with the lab results added as an attachment. The subject will be prepopulated with the [test_name]—[sending date]. Once the email is sent to the client, they will be able to click the attachment and open it in a new tab.
- Course upsell in Online bookings settings is now on by default
- This functionality is excellent for presenting and upselling packages to clients that have already selected a service. If the service is connected to any package, a pop-up will appear below the service (upon being selected) to let the client know they can purchase the package/course instead, and if the client clicks on the pop-up, they will get redirected to the checkout for that package/course.
Once purchased, they would be able to book a session from their package/course.
- Part Payments in Connect is finished
- Upon opening the client portal, clients can access their billing history (if that has been enabled for them), including access to their part-paid or unpaid invoices. After selecting the invoice, before checkout, clients can select whether to complete a partial payment or the entire payment.
- Multiple UX/UI improvements have been made to the client card
- Improvements ranging from categorizing and moving documents, the option to attach a file or photo when sending emails (plus removing any attachments selected by mistake), as well as smaller functionality or wording improvements.
- Client Card improvements
- The text is improved when displaying a canceled appointment in the Client Portal.
