Improvements to existing features
- Lead card improvements
We’ve enhanced the lead card to make managing your leads even easier. Now, you’ll be able to see the names of each lead pipeline stage displayed directly in the pipeline bar at the top of the lead card. This update provides instant clarity on where a lead stands in the sales process.
- Implemented a search bar in the Documents tab of the client card
We’ve made it easier to find documents in the client card by adding a search bar to the Documents sub-tab. Now you can quickly search and find any document uploaded to a client’s profile.
- Implemented quick signing of forms
We’ve introduced a ‘Quick sign’ option for treatment forms with an employee signature field. The field will be populated with the signature saved in the user’s profile under Team.
- Improvements to the Team report
We’ve added a print option for the Team Report and improved the interface. Additionally, now you can click on report values to automatically open the corresponding source reports. The Retail section under Performance has also been enhanced for a better user experience.
- Improved visibility of shift notes
Shift notes are now easier to manage, thanks to a new note icon. So far, notes have only been visible in the Day view of the calendar, when there are only a few staff members. The new note icon saves space and ensures notes are always accessible, even in clinics with larger teams.

Improvements being worked on
- Enhancements to gift voucher purchasing
Clients can now get a better overview of the gift voucher purchased, with improved details about its value and any special messages.
- Expanded options in the template text builder
We’re adding more editing and formatting tools to the text builder under Marketing & Communication > Templates. This will make editing email and letter templates simpler and more customizable, with new options to add colors, images, and more.
- Introducing attachments for standard client notifications
We’re adding the ability to include attachments in standard client notifications, such as confirmations and reminders.
- Enhanced design for the notification section in the appointment booking menu
We are updating the design of the notification section in the appointment booking menu by adding tiles with icons and tooltips for client notifications, including confirmations, reminders, precares, and feedback and payment requests.
