:speech_balloon: Improvements to existing features

  1. We have reintroduced the review stars on the online booking portal ‘choose service’ step
  • To further improve the customer journey and increase social proof and the likelihood of a conversion, clients while booking a service, will again be able to see how much that service has been rated.
  1. We have implemented a mobile design when creating visibility groups and removed the ‘Manage subscription’ button from the avatar menu
  • A design for staff members on mobile has been implemented so that creating and managing visibility groups can be easier from mobile devices. Also, the manage subscription button has been removed from the avatar menu, and upgrades will be done via Setup > Billing and via the Home page (current subscription).
  1. We have made it possible to make refunds to On Account
  • It is now possible for payments to be refunded from any other payment method to the client’s account balance. When accessing any client card, under the Financials tab > click on any invoice number > Click options > Refund, we’ve implemented “account” as a button and additional option, meaning that instead of sending the payment back to the client, it can be included as money on account, which the client can use at any point in the future.
  1. We have made improvements to Connect French and Spanish translations
  • Further improvements have been made to the translations for both languages throughout the entire customer journey on the online bookings for businesses that have selected French or Spanish in the business details section (which then transfers over the default language preference in the online booking portal).
  1. We have made visual improvements when adding a label to a client (in the client card)
  • To further increase the usability of functionalities within the client card, with this particular case being around client labels (located on the left-hand side below the name and status of the client), minor glitches when hovering over labels and adding labels have been fixed.
  1. We have implemented an “appointment conflict” warning when deleting all shifts in the scheduler
  • Staff members will be warned when they try to delete a shift that has appointments in it. The prompt will notify the staff member that if they proceed with this action - the appointments will not be checkable and modifiable. The staff members can, of course, cancel this action, reschedule the appointments, and then proceed to delete the empty shift/s.
  1. We have made improvements to the “Tips” report
  • Unnecessary fields were hidden, and a value to show the total amount of tips has been introduced.
  1. We have made text improvements to field labels and placeholders for Australian clinics
  • To improve the usability and clarity for our Australian clients, Australian English has been introduced in Pabau. Invoice fields have also been renamed (for example, to “BSB” and “Account Number”) for every account that has selected Australia as the country in the business details.
