Improvements to existing features
- We implemented the ability for staff members to be able to change the email addresses of clients who already have Connect accounts
- When hovering over the email field for clients with Connect accounts, a ‘Change email’ option is implemented instead of the previous tooltip, and clicking on ‘Change email’ opens a popup. If the new email address is already associated with another client, a message is displayed: “There is already an existing account with this email address: [client_name].” If the email format is correct and there is no existing account associated, upon clicking the ‘Change’ button, an email is sent to the client, the popup is closed, and a new success popup is displayed.
- We have improved the designs for a few pages when there is no data is present
- In the POS - when clicking on the card terminal, but there is no terminal registered in any of the locations, a pop-up appears with the benefits of connecting a terminal, as well as the option to request a terminal and learn more about this feature. The same-format design to encourage usage of features has been implemented on reviews, gift vouchers, loyalty, drugs, issuing companies, payment remittance, broadcast, and fee distribution.
- We have made improvements to scrolling in drop-down menus under Products & Forms
- To improve usability and general UX for users, the borders for the menus have been aligned properly, and the entire “Expires After” drop-down menu does not move up and down through the screen.
- We have made visual improvements to the package name display and removed the limitation of characters when adding/editing a package name
- Longer Package Names are not cut off mid-word to go to the next row. They are properly split into a new row without cutting off words in the middle. If the package has a longer name, it goes to the next row without cutting off any words, and the character limitation in the “Package name” field is removed.
- We have made multiple text improvements under the Setup
- The features included within these improvements are business details, services, price lists, feedback surveys, and medical conditions.

We have made UI improvements to the 6-digit confirmation screen and invoice screen on Connect
- The overall design does not overflow from the container card, and the color of the ‘Pay with card’ button matches the color set in setup > client portal > customize > primary color.
- We have made UI improvements when adding Tip and Account payments on POS
JIRA
- The “Search for Employee” Dropdown Selector Field is open subsequently after clicking on the tip toggle in the Modal and closes after selecting an employee. The field also opens again when hovering over the Employee Name, as well as following the brand guidelines.
Feature development updates
- We have implemented the scheduled payouts feature as part of the ‘Wallet’
- Scheduled payouts are implemented into the wallet along with the label, the tooltip is implemented with the Arrive by date, and once paid - the label is hidden.
