Improvements to existing features
- We have improved the report filters
- Staff members will be able to filter out items in reports by using ‘is any of’ and ‘is none of’ filters. ‘Is any of’ will display results based on the items they have selected, while ‘is none of’ will display items outside of the ones selected in the filter.
- We have made some design improvements to the reports
- Design improvements have been made to the reports feature, which will improve the overall user experience.
- We have updated some help guides
- We have updated some of our linked help guides, which serve as instructional manuals for our users. The guides will be pulled from our Knowledge Base, as well as courses or specific lessons from our Pabau Academy, at the bottom of the page, depending on the feature.

Additionally, this week we’ve worked on the following new features (which are currently still under development):
- Memberships
- API integration and marketplace
- Timesheets and Wages
- AI into Treatment Notes
Improvements being worked on
- Setup > Templates - introduction of the source code option
- Just like in Pabau Classic, staff members will be able to build custom communication templates and place their source code in Pabau.
- Automations feature - Audience - Product Name filter to show products
- The product name filter will work the same as the Service name filter, showing a list of products organized by the categories they belong to.
- Medical forms macros improvement that will allow users to enter a new line when typing
- When creating a new macro, the users aren’t able to enter a new line and this task will improve on that and make it possible.
- Show email templates in addition to aftercare (education) in the client pathway after section
- So far, we only showed the Education under aftercares, and with this task, we will also introduce any email aftercares created in the Template archive.
- Adding a search bar to the Clients > Labs page
- The “Labs” page is now going to be searchable, with a search bar introduced within this page, on the top right-hand side.
- Assigning prefix numbers to issuing companies invoices improvement
- The logic that will allow Pabau to support assigning custom invoice prefixes to invoices issued by issuing companies is being worked on in this ticket. Users will be able to assign a prefix and a starting number for these invoices once the improvement is finished.
- Implement the Edit appointment pop-up in the monthly view
- Up until now, editing appointments was not possible in month view, and with this task, we will make it possible to edit appointments just like in the day or week view.
- Multiple improvements to the Address field in the client card
- The “address lookup” will have an X button to remove a user’s entry. The state field for US clients will be implemented into the client listing page.
