:speech_balloon: Improvements to existing features

  1. Online bookings deposit improvements
  • We improved the Online Booking flow when paying deposits to reduce the risk further for a scenario when the deposit was paid but the appointment not being booked.
  1. Money page improvements 1
  • We made improvements to the money pages to include the next payment due, etc. When accessing a list from the money section, staff members would be able to include and see 3 important fields regarding payments:
    Payment due status - the status of the invoice
    Paid - How much the client has paid
    Balance - How much the client has left to pay
  1. Mobile validation improvement
  • We improved the mobile phone validation on the Create Client modal, which should reduce SMS issues. Staff members won’t be able to create clients or leads with an invalid phone number. On top of that, they would be prompted by the system to enter a valid number.
  1. Medical Form UI improvement
  • To help with the user experience as well as improve usability and wording clarity, we’ve changed ‘Medical Forms’ to be displayed as ‘Intake forms’ for US clients in Client card, Setup, Email templates, and on Connect
  1. Money page improvements 2
  • We have improved filtering on all Money pages by adding a ‘Clear’ button, which will remove all select filters or views to make it easier to view and clear the data.
  1. Additional improvements
  • We have improved the empty state screen on Connect when the account is not set up yet (to show a pop-up message that the clinic doesn’t expect online bookings yet), and we have also moved the ‘Choose terminal’ button on POS in the top right corner to improve visibility, which shows when multiple terminals are connected to the account.
  1. POS UI improvements
  • We have made UI improvements to POS when searching clients and on the checkout screen for unpaid invoices
  1. Sidebar improvements
  • We have made improvements to the text size and colors of the Side menu to provide a unified design. The Sidebar Pages/Fields, when selected, have a highlighted color; additionally, the Icons/Text within those Fields have a highlighted color; regardless if the field is a regular button or a drop-down button, the colors should be the same when selected.
  1. Table improvements
  • We have made improvements to the tables under Clients Page Tables, Leads Page Tables, Money Pages Tables, All Report Pages Tables, and Activities Page Table by adding scroll bars. For the purpose of improving the UX when interacting with these tables, we’ve implemented both horizontal and vertical scroll bars across the system.
  1. Lead and Client Card UI improvements
  • We have made UI improvements when merging a Lead and the display of the voucher expiration date in the Client card. On top of the existing information that appears on the popup when merging 2 leads, we’ve also included our knowledge base article on this topic, specifically on what happens when leads are merged.
  1. Sending lab results to clients
  • We have implemented the option for staff members to email Lab results as attachments in emails. The ‘Send as email’ button is implemented under the 3 dots menu of a lab request that has been received. Once clicked, it opens the ‘Send email’ modal with the lab results added as an attachment, and the email subject is prepopulated. Additional text in the email can be written, and changes/edits to the subject can be made. Once clicked by the recipient, the lab results open in a new tab and can be printed or downloaded.

:rocket: Feature development updates

  1. Wallet and payment terminals
  • We improved the invoice numbers in the wallet, so that when the transaction is opened, all of the details appear regarding the invoice.
  • We implemented Dispute details, meaning that once a dispute is selected from the table of disputes, a new page is opened displaying the dispute details.
  • We implemented the Payout details - Transactions, meaning that we can now see the transaction information related to the payout (such as the columns gross, total, date, etc).
  • We have set ‘Weekly’ as the default payout frequency for new clinics, meaning that clinics that have already changed their frequency setup are not affected by the change.
