Improvements to existing features
- Added payment details in quote view
We’ve updated the quote view within client cards for easier payment tracking. Now, a ‘Payment Made’ row shows the exact date and time a quote was paid, complete with an invoice icon that links directly to the generated invoice.
- Improvements to the Team report
The Team Report now includes a “Total Sales” row in the Service, Retail, and Packages sections, providing a clear summary of sales performance. We’ve enhanced employee filters and introduced a ‘Focus’ dropdown, allowing you to view specific sections of the report while excluding others. Additionally, you can now select custom date ranges, making it easier to track performance over any period.
- New options for client notes and photo uploads in the iOS app
You can now add client notes directly through the Create button within the client card on the app. We’ve also enhanced photo uploads: when adding photos from the client card or Clients page (using the i button), you’ll be prompted to choose whether to take a new photo or upload an existing one.

Improvements being worked on
- Enhancements to gift voucher purchasing
Clients can now get a better overview of the gift voucher purchased, with improved details about its value and any special messages.
- Expanded options in the template text builder
We’re adding more editing and formatting tools to the text builder under Marketing & Communication > Templates. This will make editing email and letter templates simpler and more customizable, with new options to add colors, images, and more.
- Introducing attachments for standard client notifications
We’re adding the ability to include attachments in standard client notifications, such as confirmations and reminders.
- Enhanced design for the notification section in the appointment booking menu
We are updating the design of the notification section in the appointment booking menu by adding tiles with icons and tooltips for client notifications, including confirmations, reminders, precares, and feedback and payment requests.
