:speech_balloon: Improvements to existing features

  1. We have implemented a restriction to staff members from not being able to view specific clients if they are not part of a Visibility group which allows them to see the client card
  • Staff members can control the access other staff members have depending on the visibility group they belong to. If they don’t have access to a client card, they will see the error message.
  1. We have implemented a warning popup when users try to delete all shifts and disabled the ‘Clear schedule’ button if there are no shifts
  • If staff members try to delete a shift that has booked appointments within it, they will be able to see a pop-up message, which will show them all of the appointments the shift consists of before they decide to delete it. Additionally, if a specific location in the schedule manager doesn’t consist of any shifts, the ‘Clear schedule’ button will be disabled.
  1. We have improved refunding stripe payments
  • Staff members will now be able to refund payments they have taken via Stripe to any other payment method of their choice, which is already present in the system.
  1. We have improved the mobile design of the “Connect” payment step
  • To assist with usability and conversion % of clients booking from mobile, we have improved the overall look of the payment step on the Connect portal in order to provide a more user-friendly booking experience for the clients.
  1. When an appointment is booked from a package, we now display the booked package session/s with a blue color on the client card
  • Whenever an appointment is booked from a package, the appointment will be marked with a blue icon in order to differentiate it from the other types of package sessions.
  1. Clinics whose countries’ carriers do not support Alphanumeric senders see a notice when creating SMS senders
  • If the country in Business details doesn’t support Alphanumeric names to be used as SMS senders, we will display an error message when a staff member sets up the default SMS sender from the system
  1. We restricted the users from voiding account balance entries
  • We have restricted the users from voiding account balance entries from invoices/payments, as they’re considered prepaid methods.

Additionally, this week we’ve worked on the following new features (which are currently still under development):

  • Memberships
  • API integration and marketplace
  • Timesheets and Wages
  • Payroll

:gear: Improvements being worked on

  1. Setup > Templates - introduction of the source code option
  • Just like in Pabau Classic, staff members will be able to build custom communication templates and place their source code in Pabau. A ‘Code’ button is added next to the link button when creating a template, and staff members creating templates would be able to copy their own HTML code and save the template.
  1. Automations feature - Audience - Product Name filter to show products
  • The product name filter will work the same as the Service name filter, showing a list of products organized by the categories they belong to.
