New features introduced
- Reserve with Google
Reserve with Google allows your business to appear in Google Search and Google Maps with a booking button, enabling clients to book directly. As an official scheduling provider, any booking made through Google will automatically sync with Pabau calendars. For more details on setting this integration up in your Pabau account, please refer to this guide.
- Waitlist (Beta testing)
We have launched the Waitlist feature, which is now available for beta testing. With this feature, you can add clients to a waitlist, making sure every free slot gets filled.
- Service charges (Beta testing)
You can now apply service charges in the Point of Sale to cover extra costs, like transaction fees. This feature is currently available for Beta testing.
- Lab inbox and custom labs (Beta testing)
We introduced the Lab Inbox into Pabau, allowing you to view all lab test results returned from labs. We’ve also enabled the creation of custom labs.

- Tap to Pay on iPhone
Now you can accept contactless payments directly on your iPhone, without any extra hardware required. For more details on how to set up Tap to Pay, please refer to this guide.
- Automations for leads and ability to send broadcasts to leads
You can now engage leads more effectively with automated emails and SMS that send automatically when a lead moves to a new stage in your pipeline, plus bulk messaging to reach multiple leads at once with targeted updates.
- Important fields
You can now mark certain custom fields as important, making them stand out when searching for a client or viewing their client card. This helps you quickly spot key details, ensuring you have the most relevant information at a glance.
Improvements to existing features
- Location field added in appointment creation modal
A read-only location field is now visible in the appointment creation modal on the Calendar. It automatically displays the shift’s location based on the selected time slot, helping you quickly confirm details and prevent scheduling at the wrong location.
- Marketing communication opt-in/out added to create lead modal, lead card
You can now specify a lead’s marketing communication preferences (and their preferred channels) in the lead creation modal and lead card.
- Implemented client labels in create appointment modal
When booking an appointment, you’ll now see client labels (like VIP or High Priority) in the appointment creation modal. This makes it easier to spot important details and schedule appointments that fit their needs.
- Implementation of a button for accessing the Stripe billing portal
We’ve implemented a new button on the Pabau subscription page (Setup > Subscription) that lets you access the Stripe billing portal to view your Pabau subscription invoices and update payment details.
- New services are now automatically added to “All Services” shifts
Any newly created service that a staff member can perform is automatically included in shifts where “All Services” is selected.
- Voucher codes can now be used across any client and invoice
The “Voucher” payment method is now always active and clickable, even if the selected client doesn’t have an active voucher. This allows a client without a voucher in their client card to pay using a code from a voucher sold to another client.
- Improvements to print label popup in client card
The Print Label popup now offers a more user-friendly design, allowing you to select from previous appointments via a “Related Appointment” dropdown. It also displays all client and appointment system/custom fields, organized into two categories: Client Fields and Appointment Fields.
- New appointment cancel reason merge tag for email customization
A new merge tag, [APPOINTMENTCANCEL], has been added to the custom email editor, allowing you to include the appointment cancellation reason in both broadcast/automation and in email templates.
- Quick appointment notes update
You can now easily add and edit appointment notes directly from the calendar appointment context menu, improving efficiency and workflow.
