Improvements to existing features
- We implemented packages under the promote tab
- On top of promoting the online bookings portal, reviews widget, and package and gift vouchers on the headers of the business website, we’ve also implemented a widget based on the packages the business offers to be embedded within any page of the website. Upon selecting the package, the user is redirected directly to the checkout, where they can finalize the payment and purchase the package. If the user hasn’t logged in, they would first need to register or log on to the online booking portal and then proceed to complete the payment.
- We have made visual and text improvements on the Lead page and Create\Edit Gift Voucher page
- Additionally, to these improvements, the titles are aligned and proportionally displayed on mobile, and the error text has been fixed.
- We have implemented an empty state design when there is no lab or pharmacy integration available for the clinic country set in Setup > Business details
- Like the designs on other features (like broadcast, loyalty, etc.) that appear where there is no data, to encourage usage of labs and pharmacy, we’ve implemented the same type of design for these 2 features as well, with call-to-actions to start using the feature or to learn more.
- We have introduced a 50k credit bundles
- As a commonly requested improvement, we’ve included a 50k credit bundle that allows users to purchase it, and upon successful purchase, the 50k credits are added to the balance.

We have improved the design and text for the ‘New’, ‘Existing’, and ‘Previously Had’ types of services

We have improved sending precare templates by preselecting them when booking an appointment
- As part of improving the customer journey, when manually booking an appointment, we’ve also included the precare template assigned to the service to appear under the “notifications” section (below the appointment confirmation and reminder). The precares linked with the service being booked are automatically preselected when booking an appointment, and staff members are able to unselect the precare checkbox if they need to.
Feature development updates
- Wallet and payment terminals
- Terminal improvements have been made, including the following: The terminal currency matches whatever currency we have set up in Setup > Business details for the account. Also, the prefix for phone numbers is set to the one from Setup > Business details for the account (and all prefixes are available under the dropdown). Another requested improvement we’ve implemented is that locations that show when registering a terminal now only show the active locations from Setup > Locations for the account.
