- Custom packages
Now, you can create custom packages directly at the Point of Sale (POS) without needing to predefine them in the system. To check out how this feature works, refer to this article.
- Multiple stripe accounts to the same pabau account - invite only
Now, Pabau supports connecting multiple Stripe accounts to a single account, enabling location-specific Stripe accounts and personal wallets. This feature is already integrated with the Card terminal and Card (manual entry) payment methods in the Point of Sale, allowing you to choose which Stripe account payments should be processed through for each location and staff member.
For the moment, this feature is available on an invite-only basis, meaning only Pabau can set this up for you.
Improvements to existing features
- Postcode Lookup in Client & Lead Cards
The postcode lookup feature is now available in the Client Card > Address > Postcode field and the Lead Card. This allows you to quickly search for and autofill address details by entering a postcode, making it easier and faster to input client and lead addresses.
- Collapsible âDetailsâ section in email editor
Now, in the Write Email modal within the Client Card, the âDetailsâ section is collapsible by default, providing a cleaner, more focused email-writing experience.
- Lead indicator in the Client Card
A lead icon is now displayed in the top right corner of the Client Card if the client has any past lead entries, showing the total lead count.
- Preview individual question ratings on the Review page
A âDetailsâ button has been added to the âReviewsâ page. You can now view individual question ratings, client comments, and staff responses. This feature is internal and does not apply to shared reviews (e.g., website widgets).
- Open lead warning when creating a client
When creating a client, if an open lead (based on email or phone number) is detected, a prompt will appear asking if the user wants to proceed without updating the lead status. This prevents unnecessary client duplication and ensures leads are properly managed.
- Quick share for invoices now available
This update adds the ability to quickly share open invoices via email. You can now click the âInvoicesâ button in the email modal, select an open invoice, and send it via email with a magic link to the client.
- Sender address verification for non-marketing plus accounts
This update allows all Pabau accounts, even those without the Marketing Plus plan, to verify one custom sender address for free. If a verified sender is deleted, you can reverify a new sender address.
- Forms and treatment forms now can be sent as PDFs
This update makes it easier to share forms and treatment forms as PDFs. When sending via email, the form opens in full screen, and the attached icon is smaller with the file name visible on hover. The email body is also pre-filled with a template, removing the âView Formâ button and replacing it with âAttached your form.â
