Improvements to existing features
- Improved location details in Connect
We’ve enhanced how location details appear during online bookings. Clients can now see comprehensive information—including Street, Street 2, County/State, Country, and location email—directly on the Booking Details and Confirmation pages when scheduling their appointments.
- Improved expanded view for invoices and credit notes
We’ve enhanced the expanded view for invoices and credit notes within the Financials tab of the client card.
You can now easily access key invoice details like Subtotal, Total Discount, Total Tax, Tips, Amount Paid, and Amount Due, all presented in a clearer, more organized format.
Credit notes also display the Credit Note Reason, Related Invoice, and item specifics such as Item Name, Quantity, and Credit Amount.
- Improvements to the Team Report
We’ve added click-through functionality to the ‘Performance’ Total column. In the KPI section, we’ve introduced a Client Visits Total and Review Score Total, along with a new Segment by Product Category for employee column click-throughs under the Retail section in Performance.

Improvements being worked on
- Expanded options in the template text builder
We’re adding more editing and formatting tools to the text builder under Marketing & Communication > Templates. This will make editing email and letter templates simpler and more customizable, with new options to add colors, images, and more.
- Introducing attachments for standard client notifications
We’re adding the ability to include attachments in standard client notifications, such as confirmations and reminders.
- Yearly subscription option
We’re adding an option on the Subscription page that allows you to upgrade to a yearly subscription on any plan.
- Enhanced design for the notification section in the appointment booking menu
We are updating the design of the notification section in the appointment booking menu by adding tiles with icons and tooltips for client notifications, including confirmations, reminders, precares, and feedback and payment requests.
- Improved visibility of shift notes
Shift notes will be easier to manage, thanks to a new note icon. So far, notes have only been visible in the Day view of the calendar, when there are only a few staff members. The new note icon saves space and ensures notes are always accessible, even in clinics with larger teams.
- Edit appointment menu in Month view
Editing appointments is not currently possible in the Month view of the calendar. With this update, you’ll be able to edit appointments just as you can in the Day or Week view.
