Improvements to existing features
- We have introduced opt-in/opt-out in the create client module
- When staff members create clients, they will be able to choose whether they want to opt-in or opt-out for marketing promotions and choose their communication preferences.
- Automations feature - Audience - Product Name filter to show products
- The “product name” filter will work the same as the “service name” filter, showing a list of products organized by the categories they belong to, making it easier to select one or more products and to use it as a criteria based on which the audience will be filtered for a particular automation.
- Medical forms macros improvement that will allow users to enter a new line when typing
- When creating a new macro, staff members aren’t able to enter a new line, and our team has worked on it to make it now possible to do so.
- Assigning prefix numbers to issuing companies invoices improvement
- The logic that will allow the Pabau to support assigning custom invoice prefixes to invoices issued by issuing companies. Following this improvement, the staff members will be able to assign a prefix and a starting number for the invoices that are associated with the issuing company, on top of assigning a specific invoice template. This will also be reflected in features like the client card, reports, money section, etc.
- We have improved the speed of the POS
- To provide a better overall user experience, particularly for the staff members utilizing Pabau, who are a part of businesses that have a lot of data, when trying to search for an item in the POS, we’ve made improvements to make the load smoother and faster.
- Positive and negative account balance is implemented in the Calendar
- When staff members book appointments, they will be able to see if the client has a positive or negative account balance directly in the create appointment modal.
- Last 3 appointments and client creation log are implemented in the Calendar
- When a staff member is going to book an appointment, they will be able to see the last three appointments the client had and the log for when the client was created.
- Primary client owner is implemented when creating a client
- When a staff member is creating a new client, they will automatically be assigned as the primary client owner. They will also be able to change the client owner to any other staff member.
- Reconnecting Stripe redirect from the wallet and new info messages are implemented
- When clicking on the Wallet icon if Stripe needs to be reconnected, staff members will be redirected to https://app.pabau.com/setup/card-terminals, where a new info message is implemented explaining why they need to reconnect their account.

- Setup > Templates - introduction of the source code option
- Just like in Pabau Classic, staff members will be able to build custom communication templates and place their source code in Pabau.
- Show email templates in addition to aftercare (education) in the client pathway after section
- So far, we only showed the Education under aftercares, and with this task, we will also introduce any email aftercares created in the Template archive
- Adding a search bar to the Clients > Labs page
- The “Labs” page is now going to be searchable, with a search bar introduced within this page, on the top right-hand side.
- Implement the Edit appointment pop-up in the monthly view
- Up until now, editing appointments was not possible in month view, and with this task, we will make it possible to edit appointments just like in the day or week view.
