Improvements to existing features
- My Vouchers page added to the Client Portal
The client portal now features a My Vouchers page, which allows patients to see the gift vouchers they have, how much they’ve used, and how much is left to use.
The page needs to be enabled from Setup > Client Portal > Features tab.
- Quote sharing template
We implemented a quote-sharing template under Setup > Client Notifications > Engagement tab, which will send quote links to patients when you share quotes.
- Alphabetical reordering of services
Services and service categories can now be sorted alphabetically for better organization and easier navigation. We will implement A-Z ordering in other areas of Pabau as well.
- Implemented cloning of custom reports
You can now clone custom reports, making it easier to create similar reports without starting from scratch.

Improvements being worked on
- Lab inbox and custom labs
We’re introducing the Lab Inbox into Pabau, allowing you to view all lab test results returned from labs. We’ll also enable the creation of custom labs.
- Connect landing page
We’re creating a Connect landing page that will enable your online booking portal to appear in Google search results.
- Improvements to quotes
We’re implementing the ability to create custom quote statuses via Setup > Objects.
- Automation and broadcast for leads
You will soon be able to engage leads by sending them automations and broadcasts.
