:speech_balloon: Improvements to existing features

  1. Implement tipping settings and screen on PabauPay terminals
  • We’ve implemented the tipping screen onto the terminal by using the ‘Enable card terminal’ setting, meaning that once the payment shows up on the terminal, it will give the staff members (or clients) the option to select which tip they would like to choose (or select no tip) to proceed to the next stage on the terminal and finalize the payment. At the point before the payment is finalized, the staff member or client can edit and go back to the tip (in case they’ve selected an option by mistake).
  1. We have improved the Void Invoice Pop-up
  • When selecting the “void” button for a specific invoice, if payment is already done for that invoice (partly or fully). All payments will be displayed on the pop-up, letting the staff member that the payments will be deleted if we proceed with voiding the invoice.
  1. We have improved the Communication Template display on the Client Portal on mobile devices
  • When accessing the client portal both on mobile or laptop/desktop, we’ve taken steps to ensure the communications tab is properly displaying the communication templates with accurate information.
  1. We have made UX/UI improvements to the client card when creating a template or a quote
  • A few improvements were made in the client card, including when adding a macro, the title is required; when composing an email to a client, if no photos are attached, the option to open the photo gallery is not visible, and users are able to select an alternative payment method if needed. Also, in terms of generating a quote, the “client name" is removed from the quote header and footer, and the text is changed to indicate when the quote will expire.
  1. We have made UX improvements to the POS configuration screen
  • The toggles on the POS configuration are made blue and enabled, and if the clients want to disable a particular feature when clicking the toggle, we display it as grey/disabled. Also, we’ve changed the text of the toggles to “Customize your Point of Sale by enabling or disabling features below.”
  1. We have made improvements when creating prescription templates - the related-services field is now hidden
  • When creating or editing a prescription template, the service dropdown has been disabled, and on hover, and on that dropdown a tooltip will appear with the text ’ You will need to select a different form type to be able to see this field.’ If staff members change a form from Consent/Treatment note/Medical history/Lab form to Prescription, for example, we’ve disabled the field and disabled its functionality if they have decided to save the form as a Prescription. If the staff members changed it back to a Consent/Treatment note/Medical history/Lab form, then the field is displayed again and it functions properly.
  1. We improved the Avatar component in Setup > Locations and improved the HIPAA Activation pop-up texts in Setup > Business details
  • Improvements in the locations section include: The number of staff assigned appears in one row and appears 8x8 when we hover over them, the HIPAA activation popup text is changed, as well as the learn more button opens the article “How Pabau Assists with HIPAA Compliance” in a new tab. The “2FA” descriptions are updated, and tooltips are added to “Password Expiration” and “HIPAA”, along with the I icons next to each in all translations available in Pabau.
  1. We updated the TDL prices to match the latest catalog
  • Under “Labs Configuration,” we’ve improved the column where the lab tests now reflect the correct price from the TDL database.
