Improvements to existing features
- Improved team selection in Calendar filters
We’ve upgraded the calendar filter to include team member counts, multi-team selection with saved presets, and to keep team selections active until manually changed.
- Improved custom field options for medical forms
We’ve updated the custom fields functionality for short- and long-answer components in medical forms. You can now select custom text fields in short answers and paragraph fields in long answers. Responses entered in medical forms will correctly update the linked custom fields in client records.
- Improvements to client problems/diagnostic codes
Improvements have been made to the client problem feature in the EMR/Chart section of the client card. The display of ICD and SNOMED codes in search results has been enhanced for better clarity.

Improvements being worked on

Clients can now get a better overview of the gift voucher purchased, with improved details about its value and any special messages.
- Expanded options in the template text builder
We’re adding more editing and formatting tools to the text builder under Marketing & Communication > Templates. This will make editing email and letter templates simpler and more customizable, with new options to add colors, images, and more.
- Introducing attachments for standard client notifications
We’re adding the ability to include attachments in standard client notifications, such as confirmations and reminders.
- Enhanced design for the notification section in the appointment booking menu
We are updating the design of the notification section in the appointment booking menu by adding tiles with icons and tooltips for client notifications, including confirmations, reminders, precares, and feedback and payment requests.
