New features introduced
- Calendar lock
We’ve introduced the calendar lock screen feature, which allows you to lock the calendar with a passcode, ensuring only authorized staff can access it.
- Bulk client registration for online bookings
We’ve added a bulk client registration feature that allows you to create online booking accounts for your clients in just a few clicks.
Improvements to existing features
- Activities in Leads Kanban view
We’ve added the ability to view and add activities directly from the Kanban view on the Leads page. You can now quickly see all activities related to a lead at a glance and create new ones quickly.
- Lead card improvements
We’ve implemented a tooltip for lead stages in the lead card. Hovering over a stage now shows how many days the lead has been in that stage, the number of activities created during this time, and how many days have passed without any activity.
- Introduced Apple Pay for paying quotes
Your clients can now pay for their quotes using Apple Pay.
- Partial payment via the Pabau Pay card terminal
It is now possible to take partial payments via the Pabau Pay card terminal.

Improvements being worked on

We’re introducing the Lab Inbox into Pabau, allowing you to view all lab test results returned from labs. We’ll also enable the creation of custom labs.
- Connect landing page
We’re creating a Connect landing page that will enable your online booking portal to appear in Google search results.
- Improvements to quotes
We’re implementing the ability to create custom quote statuses via Setup > Objects, and adding a standard client notification template for sending quotes.
- More client stats and previously booked appointments
You will be able to view more details about a client and their past appointments directly from the calendar while booking an appointment.
- Automation and broadcast for leads
You will soon be able to engage leads by sending them automations and broadcasts.
