Improvements to existing features
- We have implemented a bulk access setting for clients
- Staff members will be able to update the access users have in client cards, in bulk. This means they can update user groups with one click without having to edit each staff member individually.
- Improvements were made to the âDelete shiftsâ pop-up modal and the âClear scheduleâ
- If staff members have booked appointments in a shift they are trying to delete, they will be notified to move them in order to delete the shift. The same is applied if they attempt to clear the schedule via the âClear scheduleâ button.
- The deleting of automation folders is improved - we added a warning message and confirmation pop-up
- From now on, staff members will need to confirm if they want to delete an automation. This can prevent accidents from occurring.

Improvements being worked on
- Setup > Templates - introduction of the source code option
- Just like in Pabau Classic, staff members will be able to build custom communication templates and place their source code in Pabau.
- Setup > Templates - bulk-connect precare and aftercare templates
- Staff members will be able to bulk-assign precare and aftercare templates for services in one place instead of going from one service to another.
- Automations feature - Audience - Product Name filter to show products
- The product name filter will work the same as the Service name filter, showing a list of products organized by the categories they belong to.
- Show attachments to already-sent emails
- Attachments to already-sent emails will be shown in the client card, under the communication section.
- Preview attachments before sending the email
- Before sending the email, staff members will be able to preview the attachments by being able to view and access the attachment on the email popup at the bottom of the page (and above the âsendâ button).
