Improvements to existing features
- Expanded options in the template text builder
We’ve improved the template builder with more editing and formatting tools under Marketing & Communication > Templates and when sending emails or letters from client and lead cards. Editing your email and letter templates is now easier and more customizable, with new options to add colors, images, and more.
- Implemented AI in review replies
We’ve added an option to use AI for replying to reviews via Marketing > Reviews, as part of our Echo AI tool suite.
- Introduced Friendly name for packages and package search bar
Just as you can set up friendly names for services, you can now do the same for packages. If set up, these names will appear in your online booking portal instead of a package’s internal name, which is based on the service name.
We also added a package search bar in the online booking portal.

Improvements being worked on
- Lab inbox and custom labs
We’re introducing the Lab Inbox into Pabau, allowing you to view all lab test results returned from labs. We’ll also enable the creation of custom labs.
- Connect landing page
We’re creating a Connect landing page that will enable your online booking portal to appear in Google search results.
- Improvements to quotes
We’re implementing the ability to create custom quote statuses via Setup > Objects, and adding a standard client notification template for sending quotes.
- Calendar lock screen
We’re implementing an option to lock the calendar, requiring a passcode to unlock it.
- Bulk client registration for online booking
We’re introducing a feature to invite all your clients to access your online booking portal in bulk. They’ll receive everything they need to start booking their appointments online.
