:speech_balloon: Improvements to existing features

  1. The staff title is now displayed below the staff name in the Calendar
  • In order to provide as much relevant information in the calendar (including information about the staff members) we’ve implemented the staff title under the staff names and location name.

  1. Some design improvements have been made to the client portal
  • We have made design improvements that will ensure a better user experience while using the client portal, particularly for people who are interacting with the online bookings and client portal from mobile. These improvements are across the entire customer journey, from the initial page all the way up to the checkout and appointment page.
  1. We have improved the design of the reset password screen and implemented new designs for when the business has their subscription expired
  • Further, on the note of improvement of the user experience, we’ve made improvements so that once a Pabau subscription expires, the clients will be restricted from booking new appointments but will be able to access their personal data in the client portal. This was done in order to ensure that no bookings would get lost while the business had no access to the system.
  1. We have improved some fields in the client card
  • Now staff members will be able to entirely remove the “Country” field from the client’s address in the client card and client list if they don’t need it.
  • Also, if they try to enter an already used email in a client’s card, they will see an error message indicating that they cannot use that email address.
  1. We have improved the “Related Guides” section on each page
  • As a highly requested improvement, we’ve updated the Knowledge Base articles to the “Related Guides” section on each page across all devices and pages while also adding video guides, making them easily accessible by opening a new tab. Additionally, on the credit purchase page, the hyperlink text has been updated to “Learn how to top up credits,” linking directly to the appropriate guide for enabling or disabling auto top-up for credits.
  1. Editable “Item Employee” & “Location” fields
  • Staff members are now able to edit the “Employee” and “Location” fields on the “Sales History” page. Users can now select from a list of active staff members and choose active clinic locations from a dropdown. The “Employee” column now appears by default to the right of “Item Client” in the “Sales History,” eliminating the need for manual addition.

Additionally, this week we’ve worked on the following new features (which are currently still under development):

  • Memberships
  • API integration and marketplace
  • AI into Treatment Notes

:gear: Improvements being worked on

  1. Setup > Templates - introduction of the source code option
  • Just like in Pabau Classic, staff members will be able to build custom communication templates and place their source code in Pabau.
  1. Adding a search bar to the Clients > Labs page
  • The “Labs” page is now going to be searchable, with a search bar introduced within this page, on the top right-hand side.
  1. Implement the Edit appointment pop-up in the monthly view
  • Up until now, editing appointments was not possible in month view, and with this task, we will make it possible to edit appointments just like in the day or week view.
  1. Improving the minimum advance feature
  • To improve the user experience for clients booking their appointments online bookings, instead of the users scrolling through the Calendar to find the first available date, it now should automatically open the Calendar to the client on the first available date from the start.
