- Echo AI
We’ve introduced a voice-to-text AI tool that transforms your spoken words into treatment notes in seconds. This tool is part of our Echo AI suite, which also includes AI-powered solutions for service descriptions, letters, and prescriptions.

- Online purchase of gift vouchers
We’ve added the option for clients to purchase gift vouchers online for someone else, providing a convenient way to increase sales and attract new clients.
You can find a template in our Knowledge Base to help inform your clients about this new option.
- Staff documents
We’ve introduced a staff documents feature, allowing you to upload and store important files for each team member directly in Pabau. You can now keep track of documents like contracts, certifications, ID copies, and any other relevant paperwork, all in one place for easy access and organization.

- MARBL Integration
We’ve launched our integration with MARBL, an AI-powered assistant that helps sell, schedule, and chat with clients 24/7 via live chat, with WhatsApp support coming soon. To learn more about the integration, visit the MARBL website.
Improvements to existing features
- Pabau GO iOS app improvements
We’ve added the ability to record allergies in client profiles directly from the app and to view quotes sent to clients. Additionally, we’ve enhanced the reports functionality on the app.
- Added gift vouchers as a payment method option when editing invoices
We’ve added “Voucher” as a payment method option when editing invoices. You can now redeem gift vouchers directly on unpaid or partially paid invoices through the Edit Invoice modal.
- Added quick filters to the Appointments page
We’ve introduced quick filters on the Money > Appointments page, enabling you to quickly sort appointments by location, date, service, and employee.
- Online booking icon added to the Calendar
We’ve added an “Online Booking” button to the calendar interface, giving you quick access to the Online Bookings setup page and showing a counter of bookings made in the past 24 hours.
- Improvements to custom fields
We’ve implemented several improvements to custom fields, including adding a “Hide this field from iOS app” option for client custom fields. If this option is enabled for a client custom field, you will be able to see it on the web version but not on the app.
- Added Pabau subscription invoice Download and Print options
We’ve introduced the ability for you to download and print your Pabau subscription invoices through Setup > Billing.
- Introduced attachments for standard client notifications
We’ve added the ability to include attachments in standard client notifications, such as confirmations and reminders.

Improvements being worked on
- Expanded options in the template text builder
We’re adding more editing and formatting tools to the text builder under Marketing & Communication > Templates. This will make editing email and letter templates simpler and more customizable, with new options to add colors, images, and more.
- Enhanced design for the notification section in the appointment booking menu
We are updating the design of the notification section in the appointment booking menu by adding tiles with icons and tooltips for client notifications, including confirmations, reminders, precares, and feedback and payment requests.
